I agree with this 100% more than once over my many years under care the BOOK was left on the desk and the nurse/doctor left the room. I turned it around and started reading it, what was the big secret. But the nurse would come back in and say oh MO-NO you cannot read this? I always thought why not??? I still at this late age do not understand why not??? Pat/60

Amen! I have spent years fighting this. After the last two simply fighting for a copy of my kiddos PFT results, it took letters to the Administrator, numerous phone calls, arguments, more letters and even an extended phone conference with the legal department! And then finally just a few months ago the nurse walked in and voluntarily handed me a copy with a smile. It's now routine. Finally. Incredible stuff this fight for control over your own records!
