I am currently in the hospital for a tune up ... IV meds,treatments,pills.... and they have me on oxygen ...just wondering what every ones o2 levels are when they are also in the hospital? just curious

The last time I was in they had me on oxygen when my pulseox dropped below 92%

same here ... i have to wear it even when mine is 95 or 96 ><img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> its annoying haha

I have only been on oxygen a few times when my FEV1 was in the 40's or lower. I am surprised to hear that docs would put someone on oxygen with a pulse ox of 95 or 96, that really seems like overkill. I was always told that over 90 is okay.

Yeah when mine would go back up over 92 I'd take the oxygen off unless it started to drop, it gets annoying after a while, I hate be tied down to the bed with oxygen and a pulseox sensor!
