I would love to have something like this for travel and as an alternative CPT. I am wondering if insurance will cover if they have already purchases a vest. Jerry....if you are still out there, do you know the difference between the frequencer and the percussor 5000. There was a thread about the frequencer a few months back. I would love to have something like this for travel and as an alternative CPT. I am wondering if insurance will cover if they have already purchases a vest. My husband, Jake, uses the percussor 5000 and LOVES it! He is 29 years old and was diagnosed with CF at age 3. We use the percussor almost every evening. It is VERY effective when used along with hypertonic saline. He has very productive coughs with the percussor. Thanks, Jerry!
