Okay, I just got home yesterday after vacationing in Maine for a week and most of my family has a cold. So I went to bed kind of late and was trying to go to sleep. Well, I felt anxious (you know how that is, you're so tired and useless guilt gets you?) so I did some deep breathing to calm down and just when I was all out of breath, I start to cough! I pulled a muscle in my chest and now it hurts to sit up, breath, and cough. It's terrible! Has anyone done this? Anyone have advice to help it heal faster or stop hurting?
