pulmicort is a pretty good drug. I don't know that one inhaled steroid is better than another. I have taken and given them all and haven't noticed a big difference. I assume your doctor ordered the nebules? The reason why is pulmicort is the only steroid given via nebulizer, the rest are only available in inhaler form.
