Pulmozyme question. What can I do to get my breathing to 125%?

So I have a question pertaining to Pulmozyme.
How long can it stay out of the fridge for?

Also, I accidentally dropped a vial into hot water (while cleaning nebulizers) and it was in there for maybe 5-8 seconds (had to get a utensil to get it out), did the Pulmozyme basically deactivate because that happened?


What can I do to get my breathing to 125%?

I took that breathing test and I got 113% lung capacity. Rght now, I kinda feel like my breathing has kinda gone down. I haven't done treatments as good as I should have and I haven't exercised in a while. So what can I do to get my breathing up and running in tip top shape again?

Pulmozyme can only stay out of the fridge for 24 hours. Pulmozyme is made from hamster ovaries it must be kept cold to keep the RHDNASE II from denaturing due to heat. If it is just one vial, skip it, no big loss. Why 125% it is a random meaningless number really... If you want the lung function up exercise, lift weights and it might come back, it might not. Personally I'd be glad with what you have. Try as hard as you can to maintain it, once it's gone it is usually gone for good.
