What is considered a decent amount of weight gain per month? In 2 1/2 months Noah has put on 5lbs. That's with an enzyme increase and a higher calorie suppliment plus number of times increased as well.

5lb in 2 1/2 months!?!? That would be awsome! We celebrate big time when our 5yo puts on 1lb in 2 months. We're happy when she doesn't lose any weight.
I think the decent amount depends on the age of the child. And more important is where he falls in BMI. Our CF dd is 15% in height and 50% in weight so she has a good BMI (~80%) but we would really love to get her height up.

I agree that it depends on the BMI. The goal of the CFF is for all BMI's of CFers to be above 50%.

<br />Do you know what his BMI is for weight, height or total of both?

His BMI is 15. He is 9 years old, weighs 49 lbs, and is 4 feet even. He gains weight quickly at first when his enzymes and suppliments are increased, but he doesn't usually maintain the weight gain. I hope he does keep it on.
