CF is an autosomal recessive disease. This means you have to inherit a mutation from each parent in order to have the disease. Inheriting a mutation from one parent makes you a carrier. So yes, your daughter would have your mutation as well as the same one as her dad. There are only extremely rare exceptions to this.

<br>Thank you for answering this I gave my daughter up for adopting and we have just starting contact she has club fingers and has a collasped lung she is going for a sweat test today although my sweat test came back normal my test for ambry Genetics came back with mutation 3819+10kbc>t and r668C and I have had 19 chest tubes and am always fighting infections so sick all the time its hard to have a quility of life but I didnt find out till I was 50 years old what I had.

Her test will show 3819+10kbc>t <b>or</b> r668C from you, and either nothing else <b>or</b> a 2nd mutation from her father. She should make sure she has the Ambry Amplified with deletions/duplications.
