Jeanne/Ennio,

I am so grateful for this site, as always. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have a quick question though. Is there anyway that we can change something so that links aren't broken if we decide go back and edit what we've posted?

It seems to happen so frequently on posts and blogs where links appear.

Thanks for your help!!!!!!!

No, I'm not talking about hitting the back button.

I'm talking about hitting the "edit" button on a post to edit text.

Whenever anyone does this, the links on their posts become broken. CFers, back me up on this sone.....

No I'm talking about links....

like <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.drudgereport.com
">http://www.drudgereport.com
</a>
if i go back to to edit (by hitting the edit button on the bottom right of this post), the link will come back broken....

so many threads you see "your link doesn't work" to the original poster because the poster when back to edit something they said.
