Get an account with photobucket.com - it's free - and then you can load all your pictures in there. They then give you these funny link things that can be used for different purposes - after you load your picture in photobucket, copy the link they supply you for HTML I think it is, and then paste that link into your signature. It should show up as the photo when you post. It's tricky to get the hang of it at first, but once you do, it will seem super easy! Good luck!
