Just stumbled upon these today at the market. Raw Indulgence make a raw food bar called Raw Revolution. It has 257 calories, 13 grams of good fat (from nuts), and 6 grams of protein. No refined sugar or other typically high allergy foods. I tried the Raspberry Chocolate and it was great. The kids both like them as well.
