I mix a package of cream cheese with between 1 and 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Once it's mixed up, roll it in chili powder. It's pretty good! Good luck! I look forward to seeing what ideas others give you!

I also do a cream cheese ball. I dice a red onion & a green bell pepper (very tiny dices). I also cut up into small squares, a package of dried beef (the really thin wafer meat). I mix the onions and peppers into the cream cheese, and then roll it in the meat squares to cover the outside. You can use any other meats, like bacon bits, pepperoni or you can roll it in nuts instead.

You can put any ingredients into the cheese ball that you like, so change it up to suit your family.
