We were just informed by our homecare company that they are replacing the Kangaroo Pump (for g-tube feeding) for the newer Kangaroo Joey Pump.
We got the letter last week. Yesterday they sent us two new pumps with instructions to return the older ones on Friday. UPS is scheduled to pick them up.
The problem is that the new pump takes different bags. BUT we just got a new shipment of the old bags. I called the company to see if we could send the pumps back after we finished using the bags we have and they said no. They said we should donate them.
I would of course be happy to do that BUT what a hassel! Our insurance company pays for everything, but what about people who pay outright. HMMM
Do any of you need these bags (Kangaroo 1000ml pump set #773600) I have 30 bags. Let me know!
