My ??: Do you think the 'pounding' impact of running shakes loose more junk from the upper lobes that are so problematic? I think maybe it does unfortunately for me my knees dont appreciate it.
Reason for ??:
I used to run but my knees give me issues so they said quit or surgery so I quit.I am back to the gym alot now and getting in better shape and treadmill was calling my name. I 'jogged' on teusdy for 2 miles. I had much better clearance (it felt more hard when I got it up) afterward then when I do the eliptical which I really do intensely. I kept my HR the same as I wear a monitor all teh time.
