Scandishake question

Does anybody get their scandishake through the Axcan Rx Complete program? We signed up for it at the first of the year and I've been battling with them to get the free scandishake ever since. There seems to be some discrepancy between their program and my prescription insurance. Insurance only covers 21 days of enzymes and Axcan wants it to be 30 days or will not send the scandishake. I can't possibly be the only person they deal with that has a 21 day supply.

My son with CF is 13 and I have found that whenever we have a problem with anyone or anything I have his CF nurse take care of it. She just seems to know who to call and how to handle everything, so you could try that!

I think the problem is rising from the fact that they come boxed in 30 days supplies. I have asked for 90 days supplies because my insurance covers a 90 days prescription, but that isnt a problem for them. I definitely would talk to someone. It doesnt seem right that they cant/wont help everyone because of how an insurance carrier allows a prescription to be filled....

Thanks for the replies, I think I will have somebody from clinic try to help me out. I never think to ask them about this stuff, just the medical issues. I agree Melissa, it doesn't seem right that they can't help me because of the insurance, there has to be a way around it, now if I could just get them to call me back.
