Scar tissue in veins

i have lots of scar tissue from all the blood draws, picc lines, and mid lines.
How do i get rid of this so my veins be better? does anyone else have this problem? am i being to hopeful to get rid of scar tissue?

I've never read anything that suggests that it's possible, but I will check to make sure I'm not wrong.

I've always been told lifting weights helps. They could never get an iv in me or a blood draw as a kid, and when I started lifting weights in my 20s, its never been a problem since.

Well scar tissue and small and/or deep veins are 2 very different issues. It's also a common excuse for nurses who aren't very good at venipuncture.

I agree with Havoc.

Scar tissue is well, scar so I cant see any way of getting rid of it except possibly surgery, which would in turn create more scaring (if surgery was even an option).

Working out helped b/c its brings your veins up, Im not sure why... is it b/c the blood is circulating more often b/c you are building the muscle so the blood/oxygen source is needed in more quantities and more often hence enlarging your viens? Just b/c when you see people who work out often, especially weights, you can like follow the veins all along the arm.
