Shipping Refrigerated Meds Overseas

Our daughter goes to a university in Scotland. We would like to ship her Tobi and Pulmozyme to her but are having trouble figuring out a cost-effective way to get the medicine there, refrigerated with cold packs, in 1-2 days.
Any suggestions?

Have you shipped them to her before and are just looking for a cheaper way?

I lived in Italy for a while and maybe it was just customs on the Italian side but had anyone shipped me my refrigerated medications I never would have received them in less than probably 1.5-2 weeks if that short. I just carried mine with me on the plane when i went over initially and then restocked up when i came back to the states for christmas. I'm not sure shipping them and having them get there within 1-2 days is realistic even if they didn't have to be refridgerated.... i hope i'm wrong though!
