Sinus problems

Hey, all. I am new here. I want to see about your sinus problems. I have horrible problems. In March 2002, I had sinus surgery. I haven't gotten better. I am being referred to a new ENT, and I am about to get a sinus nebulizer. My CF doctor said more than likely I would need another surgery. Any ideas or comments?<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

My daughter is 3 and she has sinus and ear infections. The last time I used a saline solution and it worked for her. She didn't need antibiotics and the ear infection never occured. It may have been pure luck but I will try it again. She is on the list for tubes as well for her ears and they say she may need surgery for her sinuses when she is older.
