sore throat?

I keep getting sore throats and losing my voice. I think its because of the hypertonic saline. I sound very course and raspy.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Yep!! I lost my voice so much over the last year that I've lost count of how many times. It's not very conducive to teaching. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

It happens to me all the time too. In my case it isn't from the HS, though, because my very worst year of it so far was before I started on that.
