I love watching basketball. I am not very good at playing it tho unless its against my 7 year old daughter. I am good at softball tho. I use to be on a team, but it was too much for me to run 3 days a week for practice & then another 3 days for games. I miss that to. When my husband & I worked at our local hospital, we had a hospital league that was just for fun. The problem I run into is not being able to committ to a time or place in order to play on a regular basis. I think any activity or sport you can do is great.

I have CF and I do karate, which is really fun. So, do you like compete in pool tournaments or something? That's pretty cool.

I do track and Cross COuntry and marching band if you count tha which I think you should... but I know any sport with swimming or running because it helps to strengthen the heart making it easier on your lungs making it easier on your digestion.... I cant run anymore because of sever hemathosis and a colasped lung incident but I rember I went to state and it was awesome..I'm a seinor now and so I dont veiw it so badlly... but I think you should screw what every one says I also have asthma and I know most people looked at my asthma and thought I'd never be able to run but I knew it wasnt the asthma that'd hold me back.... Do sports while you can and in the end if you cant at least at one time you did and you will know that.
