SSDI-spread sheet and word doc

I've misplaced my copy of the social security Excel spread sheet and word document that I used for Mark's case, and that I email to people who contact me about their cases.

If anyone I've previously sent those items to still has them and can forward them to me, I'd be really grateful. I can't find the disk I've been keeping them on (don't trust the computer anymore after 1000x crashes <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">)

Julie, I've e-mailed you a couple of forms you sent me when you were helping me appeal. I'm not sure, but hopefully they're what you're looking for.

Just thought I'd say, if you're afraid of losing them you might want to try google docs <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://docs.google.com/">http://docs.google.com/</a> they have a word and spreadsheet program so it's saves to your gmail account and since it's on google you can access them like you would your email and don't have to worry about losing them in a computer crash or finding them on a disk.
