Starting Preschool

Okay, Sam is getting ready to start preschool. I know there are letters here some where on this site to send home with the other kids, explaining what CF is and why is it important to exercise caution with illnesses. Can someone direct me as to where to find them?

When DS started daycare we printed off some of the CFF pamphlets regarding enzymes, germ control, eating. Our daycare was great in that the director would warn us if anything was going around. They also were great about sanitizing surfaces, enforcing their sick policy...
