Sterilizers

Just wondering does anyone know if baby bottle steam sterilizers are o.k. to use for sterilising nebs and if they are is there any difference between microwave steam and electric steam sterilizers.

There was some discussion a few months back about baby bottle sterilizers. From what I understand electric steam sterilizers are thought to be better than the microwave.
