I've done a few different things. If I know there will be availability to a kitchen (like at the in-laws) I will boil the nebs like I usually do at home. If not , I have brought cheapo disposable nebs that I throw away after each use.

If there's going to be a microwave -- get some of those bags used to sterilize breast pump parts. I followed Sakasuka's advice and bought a deep fryer for hotel stays, but am thinking of retiring that and purchasing a hot pot to boil water.

Otherwise a lot of times we have kitchen's available and I'll boil the nebs.

I tried the microwave bags for breast pumps, and wound up with liquid plastic -- yuck!!! I'm looking to buy the Germ Sanitizer (I think its a dry heat) -- but haven't yet. I use a microwave steam sterilizer used for baby bottles.
