Hello everyone! My name is Nick Heitmann, and I'm a filmmaker from NYC. Myself, alongside a few very close friends are currently raising money via Kickstarter to film a documentary that follows our great friend and all around amazing person, Brennen Reeves. Brennen received a double-lung transplant in 2011, and has recently decided to reach out to his donor family. Within the documentary, we plan to follow him as he takes this new journey, as well as interview doctors, nurses, transplant recipients, organ donors, etc. We would love for you to check out the Kickstarter and read all about our plans for this, and about Brennen himself. We've been incredibly lucky and gifted so far in receiving donations for this project, as we've already reached about 88% of our $20k goal! With only 5 days to go, we still have nearly $2500 left to raise, and feel confident that we can make this dream documentary a reality! If anyone is able to help and donate, that would be fantastic!
