sweat test results

To all of you who replied to my postings.....my sons test came back negative... sodium at 27 and chloride at 22. He does not have cf. Although I have only been aware of this condition for a few weeks now, I have a GREAT deal of respect and admiration for all of you touched by this condition in whatever way, and am planning to get involved in community events to help raise $$$ for the cause. If there was ever a prime example of the old phrase "strength in numbers" this forum is definite proof. Thank you to all who replied to me and gave me hope and reassurances. And, most of all, to all of you I say " keep the faith, because it is faith that keeps us."

Thank goodness the test came back negative....that is great news. I also want to say thank you for wanting to get involved even though your child doesn't have CF...you are awesome!

Thank you for the update on your baby's sweat test. What a blessing to have those results come back negative. All the best to you and your family, and how generous of you to want to get involved for the cause. We need all the support we can get!
