Symdeko and Insomnia

My wife started symdeko and developed insomnia. Her brother also experienced the same thing, but much worse.

She did two tests of stopping and starting to develop these symptoms. This seems to be an un-reported side-effect and we were wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue?

I've been using it for five months now, and haven't detected any adverse side effects.
