Tenderness

I am studying neurolymphatic massage and different healing modalities.

I was curious if this was a transplant thing or a CF thing or perhaps both.

Sometimes on the inner portion of my thighs all the way to my knee on the inside if I press firmly it feels sore.

If I work at it for a few minutes each day, many days later it no longer feels sore.

These points represent the small intestine neurolymphatics.

The outer portion of the leg is the large intestine N-lymphatics.

How many of you have soreness to the touch when pressing in firmly?

The other neurolymphatics for the small intestine are under the ribs in the center below your chest.

Just for the record, if anyone of you get constipated massage all the points and amazing results will folow.

This brings in energy to your stomach and you might even loose inches not weight.

I lost five inches between my upper and lower waist within one month.

I also feel so much better.

I believe you are very much onto something. I too am interested in the use of energy modalities to help and compliment CF therapies. This happens to myself at times and massage always helps. I am currently doing acupunture to help heal some specific issues I've been having and am thinking of studying Reiki and Qigong. There are subtle energies at work withing the body at all times and blockages happen for so many reasons. Getting in tune with it and working on unblocking things certainly can't hurt.

I've only had 2 treatments but already notice amazing results. These are things I will most definately use for my son (w/CF).

I do have a reiki and acupuncture story specific to CF, as well as resources, on our website (link below). As you learn more and experiment, I'd love to document your experiences for others to see and I wouldn't mind your opinion either ;-)

Warmly,
