Hi,
I'm not posting as much as I like because school is really kicking my butt. Add managing Josh's CF in and I feel like I'm drowing. I think because the daignosis is still new and its overwhelming. He is probably as sick as he usually was but now there is another whole group of people to consult with, the CF team, and how we treat each episode changes some.
So as we have his 2nd clinic visit this coming Wednesday, I took him in on Wed. for labwork and dropped off the poop sample. He is 12 so I don't usually look at his poop. It looked yellow orange and a little wet. So I got a little paniced ( easy for me to do because I still want to be in denial, the river in Egypt).
So what exactly is the poop test for? If it is positive do you go to enzymes?
Oh yea, I forgot.....calm down and breathe.
