Hi all.

I wanted to share this photo with everyone.

You can not see his face, but the picture is of my brother-in-law, Anthony out in Iraq. He is the one kneeling. It is on MSNBC. He is surveying a damaged bridge.

We are all VERY proud of him, and can't wait for him to get home!

That's very neat!! You guys ought to be very proud of him. Not a pretty place over there, haven't been there myself but know too many who have, 2, 3 even 4 tours. I hope he returns safely!

Those guys are really amazing. This is the brother-in-law you were talking about before? Any word when he might come home?

Jane, Terri, and Julie,

Thank you for the kind words!

Yes, this is the brother-in-law I have talked about before. He has only been there for a couple of months, and is doing a year tour, so we will not be seeing him for awhile.

I am hoping he gets a package today that I sent off to him about 3 weeks ago. I put lots of food, and poker chips and stuff so they have something to do during the down time.

Seana, Hi!
Sorry to take so long to peak at this post.
I just found out my brother-in-laws younger brother is going back for the third time to Iraq. He's in the Army, and flies the Apache, and happens to be the same age as me.
He won't be going until the fall, but my sister said they were going to make it a point to visit them before he goes back.
I really hope your brother-in-law has a safe and prompt return to state-side. Is he Army, or Marine? The BDU says Army, but you know how they all look alike (haha)
And, yes, thank him for me, too!!
