throat cultures

Have any other parents got throat cultures to see what they culture? I had this done the other day to see if I culture MRSA. My boys have MRSA and can't get rid of it. So I thought if I have it and can get rid of it maybe we could get my boys to get rid of it. Figured it was worth a try.

I never thought about being cultured. Emly cultured MRSA when she was 17 (I think). Once you culture MRSA, you can't get rid of it. You can send it into "remission" of sorts, but you never really lose it. You can fight it with antibiotics that do a good job, but it never really goes away.
