Just curios as to how everyone on here does their physio in regards to drainage. As a child I use to have a tilt board, or physio bench as its also known, where I would lay on it upright and do all my positions, then switch and do all my positions laying down upside down. A while back I lost mine in a fire, and have recently started looking for another one at my clinic. When I informed by doctor about wanting one, he looked at me like I was crazy, and said that adults don't use them. I'm curious if anyone on here uses one, and if not do you do any sort of upside down therapy, and if so how do you do it?
