I've just been diagnosed with bilateral vestibulopathy (which I've actually had for about 4 years now; same time as my CFRD diagnosis), and I have found exercising very difficult. I can do stationary exercises, like weight lifting, etc., but not any running or swimming without feeling extremely dizzy, nauseous and sick. This has been very frustrating, and I just have basically stopped exercising altogether. I used to play soccer all the time, from when I was 4 until I was 15 (I'm 18 now). <div><br></div><div>I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for me to get back into shape? I'm also going into my first year of college, so that's freaking me out a bit too! Should I just keep with weight lifting and whatnot? </div><div><br></div><div>Thanks for your help!</div>
