Sorry I have absolutely no tips...because I've also gotten every cold that my babies have gotten too. So you're not alone! But their colds seem to linger a lot longer than mine. The only advice I have is to wash you hands a lot and try to stay away from his sneezes and coughs, but it's so hard to do that because you just want to hold 'em and squeeze 'em when they're sick.

I often give Amelia her bath after we've been out, particularly after mommy and me classes. I also started putting a little bit of hand sanitizer on her occasionally when she reached a year old. I keep it in the diaper bag and in several spots at home. Another thing I do is try to keep Amelia from getting sick in the first place by using a shopping cart cover or wiping down the cart handles with a disinfecting wipe. If a child appears sick when we are out playing I steer Amelia away or just leave early.
