in the united states, TOBI cannot be reconsituted to be used in the eFlow.

however, in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrate equal efficacy of TOBI in a traditional neb/compressor combo vs. tobramycin in the eFlow.

I currently take 3ml's 150mg of tobramycin in the eflow. Seems to work well so far. Takes about 8-10 minutes.

Tobi in my Pari lc plus, with my Pari Proneb Ultra takes about 15 to 20 mins. usually.

Your inhaled antibiotics are the last thing that you are supposed to do in your "nebs/vest (or whatever<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ) order", so it will stay in your lungs instead of being coughed right back up.
