Have any of you cf mommies taken IV Tobra while you were preggo?? I have heard that its not a good med for the fetus so I was wondering if any of you have experience with it. Thanks

I have a slight chest infection at the moment and my CF doc is suggesting possible IV therapy. As I am in the first trimester I am very reluctant but appreciate that it's important to keep my lungs healthy.

Quite honestly I dont remember what meds they used, but I do know for me that there were tons of oral & enough IV meds that helped which were also safe during pregnancy.
