okay, this is a stupid question, but it has mom and me baffled. Our little one is on her third straight course of Cifron (sp??). This last course she started and ran a low grade fever for several days, then it broke. At that point, she started making wierd noises at night. Groaning, whimpering, etc. It wakes us up at night (she is sleeping in the bedroom with us do to remodeling going on in hte house). She sleeps through it and doesn't appear to be tossing and turning. We first thought she might be dreaming, but now we're not sure.

If you have ever heard a sick person at night, like maybe a visit to a cancer ward or nursing home, that is what she sounds like.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

"fever dreams" -- couple of times when DS has gotten sick with a fever, I've noticed it. A year or so ago he got a nasty stomach bug with fever and I kept him in bed between us, so I could give him sips of pedialyte through out the night and he'd groan and whine and cry out in his sleep.

This morning he was laughing out loud in his sleep. Big smile on his face and giggling!

I know Ry wasn't a toddler (though you could have fooled me sometimes lol) But he was a noisy sleeper. Crackle, wheeze, moan, groan, cough, snort. And if I woke him up to ask if he was okay he'd say "Until you woke me up!" lol, so, I bet they are okay.
