Okay...not sure what to think here.

Hannah has had a cough since Father's Day (well the week before actually). Her baseline is NO cough at all. She was started on Tobi and Augmentum (spelling?). She was put on Tobi in case she had PA that wasn't showing up-it's been about two years since she has cultured it.

Still coughing after two weeks, so she was brought down to clinic just to do a culture to see if there was something new growing. Her CF dr. also added Cipro at that time. Well, the culture came back with her normal MRSA. Nothing new.

But we still have a cough...CF nurse says maybe it's just a virus. Okay... Well she has a clinic appt next Friday, so I guess I'll just wait and see how things go then.

But meanwhile---she has another strange 'symptom'. She called me into the rest room the other day and said you have to see this mom, which made me a bit nervous... But as soon as she said look at my toes I almost fell over. They were BLUE! I mean like a blue that you would see in a bruise or something. And her feet were not tingling like they had fallen asleep. She said her feet having been doing that for a while now! When she gets up and walks around, they go back to normal. Her toes are beginning to club more too<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

So, has anyone else noticed blue toes in their kiddos? Or any ideas? I just know it's not normal.

My only guess is lack of oxygen in the blood. I would call the doctor right away...you don't want to take any chances. I will be praying for your daughter.
