Even though I was prepared for a hospital stay, I am so very excited that my doctor actually only prescribed oral antibiotics to me after examining my culture results. Even though I has some PA, my culture showed primarily staph. I am taking Septra DS instead. And in two weeks if my FEV1 is not up he will add inhaled TOBI to my regimine. (I don't take it every other month because I suffer severely with coughing/losing my voice while on it.) Anyway, I think this is great news and mostly because I am still feeling good that he made the decision he did. YEAH!
