I have started taking Turmeric extract, in a 300mg pill form. I take 2 pills twice daily. I started on July 5th, and today, I started noticing the salty tasting sputum. I will update this post every few days for those that may be interested. Here is a description of what I am taking.Solaray Turmeric Root Extract 300mg, 95% curcumin.I am debating uping the dose to six pills per day, but for now I will remain at 4.
