Hey guys, just thought I'd tell you that since I broke up with bf (who many of you strongly advised that I break up with) I am much happier. I'm actually with someone now who I've known for 2 1/2 years and is so much better for me. We have tons in common and even though things are still pretty new in our official relationship we know its meant to be and are probably going to get married next summer.

I dont like to discourage romance & I am happy about you being happy, but please dont rush this either. I realize that no matter what you tell us I seem to discourage it, but I dont want to see you regret anything down the line. Its much easier to take it slow & no for sure then to try & fix it later! If it is meant to be I am soooooooooooooooo happy for you!

I guess it depends on how well she knew the guy for the two and a half years... if they were close friends, I wouldn't say they were rushing into anything. =-) But even then melissa's still right. It's good that you're happy, anyway. =-)

We were really close before we started dating. I didn't see him for a few months because my ex didn't like him. IT weird because it feels comfy and familiar but new and exciting all at the same time. We know everything about each other already. I really couldn't be happier.
