This happened to me. The hose looked like a curly phone cord.
I called Hill-Rom, they told me to Duct Tape the hose so I could use it that day and they over nighted new hoses that I recieved the next morning.
The Duct Tape worked great!
Now when I pull the hoses out I am very carefull.
The person I talked to at Hill-Rom was very friendly and helpfull.
