Jeremy keeps his vest machine under his computer desk all the time. He does 95% of his therapies in the office (we each have a computer desk, and there's a TV in there). When he's not using it (and we want to make the office look presentable) - we have a small wooden box that fits the vest hoses and the vest itself. His neb is gigantic and has a 14' hose, so we have that in the next room over (the laundry) so it never gets in the way.

I have my vest on one side of a chair & my neb with bag for albeuterol etc on the otherside. I tuck the vest tubes up under the handle & throw a blanket over it when we have company. I curl the neb tubing up & hang it on the chair. My chair sits in a corner so things are kind of "hidden" vs being out in the larger part of the room. This is our living room. I really dont have an adequate set up in other rooms.

Well, I have all my stuff set up in my bedroom, yes sometimes it gets boring but we now have a tv in their so i have something to watch while doing the treatments, I also keep my neb machine in there too. The nebs itself stay in the kitchen in a corner above what I call my medicine cabinet thats where my inhalers and meds are ect.. The pulmo, toby and hypertonic saline stay in the fridge in the kitchen. It works pretty good for me that way everything stays out of the way, I also have a vibrator machine I have had since I was little so I keep that in the front room but it is kinda hidden beside the couch, so no cords or anything get in the way, same with the stuff in the bedroom my husband has hidden the cords so I cant trip over the cords when I get on my side of the bed.

We don't have a vest yet. But we keep the nebulizer in our room on a nightstand and the bottom shelf has room to store stuff for the future. We do treatments in our bedroom 'cuz that room has a tv, vcr and portable DVD player to keep DS entertained. We figure when DS is older we'll get his room wired for TV, etc and we'll construct a shelf or stand for his stuff.

I like this question because Sean just got his vest and I too was curious what other people do for storage and ease of use.

We've always kept Sean's nebulizer and meds in the kitchen. We've got a huge drawer that he can reach and he keeps everything in there. We do have an additional nebulizer in the basement so he can do his treatments down there while he's playing PS2. Right now, were keeping the vest in his bedroom and bringing it out to the family room to do his treatments. We'll see how that goes. I think we'll probably end up putting it in the basement so, again, he can do it while he plays PS2.

I have my vest on a table, just like a hospital table. My nebulizer is on a shelf near me next to my other meds that I use. The vent is next to my bed on a stand with all of its own goodies. I can certainly understand all of the wires and stuff...we have had to be very creative to say the least as far as arranging our room. Suction is nearby on yet another table....so basically I am surrounded by equipment, good thing I am not claustrophobic!LOL! I am in tight quarters right now because I am living with my parents.. and when I get my own place I will definitly have my own room apart from my bedroom to do stuff in.. Ideally it would be nice not to wake up to tubes, hoses and equipment everywhere...

But for now.. My desk is big.. I have the actual vest part over the back of my desk chair, and my dad put in one of the storage bins with three draws.. he took the wheels and top shelf off.. the vest machine sits where the top draw was.. and the two bottom draws have extra supplies....and the whole thing is under my desk... out of the way.. though I swear I must step on the tubes at least a few times a day.. I have my neb machine next to the desk... just sitting on the floor.... but out of the way...

Other stuff is in a under the bed slide out container...
