vitamin dosages in aquadek/sourceCF softgels

Hello everyone, it's been a while... I'm still waiting for lungs (18 months now, and counting!)

Anyway, I was hoping someone had a bottle of ADEKs handy and could list how much of each vitamin one tablet contains... specifically I'm looking for the amount of K, but might as well know them all! Thanks, I don't take them, I have to take high doses of D (10,000 iu/week), which comes with A in it so I don't bother with aquadeks (they are NASTY anyway). I coughed up about a half cup of blood the other night so i want to start taking some vitamin K. They sell it for about $4 per 100 tablets at GNC, and they contain 100 mcg of K.

Keep your fingers crossed I get a call soon, I'm not sure how much longer these old breathers can last! I'm at the point where I do a month in the hospital and a month out... it's getting old really fast! I can use all the positive thoughts/prayers I can get!

hahaha awesome, i'll be popping 7 of those suckers! Maybe I can get a stronger version by prescription, I'll ask at clinic this week.
