Do any of you let your kiddos drink vitamin water?? My husband and i have started drinking it since that post i believe in the adult section about it.. I really like it no aftertaste and its good for you!! I was thinking about letting ashton try the Power-c water... its has a 100% of daily Vit C in just 8 oz... i think that could possibly be beneficial to him especially right now with all the gunk going around.. Im gonna ask our CF team just wanted to of course check with your experiences!!

Wow, I never thought of that before. Nathan hates plain water but maybe this would be a good alternative for him. I know that in the summer the CF team encourages him to drink a lot of gatoraide, with a tsp. salt added to it, because it helps to replenish all the stuff they tend to sweat out and loose in the summertime espcially.
I am curious about this and hadn't thought of it before. If you get a chance, let me know what your CF team says about it and any other information you might have about this.
Thanks,

DS likes Propel, but because it's low calorie, I really don't like giving it to him. Actually he's been better about drinking water. I used to give him white grape juice all the time because I'd read an article about how giving juice to small children can lead to childhood obesity. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Usually give him powerade or gatorade after gymnastics. And in the summer, he drinks Kool-aid and I'll add a dash of salt.
