VX-770 and Gating Mutations

I have a question about the new drug Kalydeco. There are plans to test it on other "gating" mutations. I have been trying to find out which mutations are considered "gating," but have not been successful so far.
Does anyone know which mutations, other than G551D are considered to be gating?

Maybe I misspoke. I didn't exactly mean released. I just meant that it is now available to certain groups.
