Ways to get rid of a extra 'puffy' stomach?

Depends on a lot of things, fitness level, shape of your chest, shape of your spine, if organs are enlarged or not, if you're on cortisol type stuff, and maybe most of all if your digestive issues are severe or mild.

But eating your enzymes right, lots of fiber and trying to prevent obstipation (as far as you can control it) certainly helps.

Other then that, getting the rest of your body muscular makes your stomach relatively smaller and better in proportion. And as I read you got into bodybuilding you're on the right track.

Personally ontop of that I like to do vacuum excercises a couple times a week and it might just be in my head but I like to think it helps too, atleast it feels good. (well atleast it'll help you to suck it in when a pretty lady walks by, mhm.)

And the best thing is not to worry about it.

Yeah I have been dabbling in it for the past year, but got serious 2-4 months ago.
Can I achieve a physique like everyone else with a good body? Like abs pecs, vascularity, etc?

Vascularity among body builders is partly because of low body fat AND partly because of anabolic steroid use, which thins skin. It's really not something to aim for. Focusing on the outside aspects/benefits of exercise can be disheartening (and I think why people give up on workout routines). Bodies are only so malleable; many excellent runners look pudgy, and many thin guys are fit and strong. Like the person who gets a nose job only to realize their eyelids are saggy, too, focusing on your appearance can be a joyless endeavor.

FWIW, I've "achieved" vascularity in the past few years. And as a woman, I'm pretty bummed by it!! I wish I could give you my forearm veins. Please. Mine is because my skin is thinner in my thirties than it was in my teens and twenties, and because rock climbing has bulked my upper body. I love climbing so much I don't care that it is doing things to my body I wouldn't necessarily want if I were exercising for looks.

Edited to add: I don't mean to be a big party pooper. There is nothing wrong with wanting to look good. I think I'm belatedly reacting to that body builder pic you? posted a while back. :)
