<br>Jasey lost the weight she gained from the enzymes.  I don't understand it.  When do you give the enzymes?  I've been giving them to her right before she eats.  I'm wondering if i need to give one before she eats and one in the middle of her eating.  She takes a while to eat.  Any advice?  i need help!  I don't know what the plan is if she hasn't gained any when we go back.  Her BMI is less than 3% now.

How is her eating? Is she still eating the same amount?

DS is a dawdler when he eats, so we give him most at the start and then the remaining enzymes either in the middle or near the end. When he was a baby whenever we increased his enzymes, there'd be an adjustment as he wouldn't eat as much, felt fuller, wasn't stooling as often.

Food is such a struggle. Are our non-CF children just as difficult with eating and we don't worry or recognize it as much?? Ugh. When eating solids, we've given enzymes to DD at the beginning and middle. We've had a lot of success with Zenpep and Pediasure 1.5. She only drinks Pediasure or water. She'll usually consume 24oz Pediasure/day for a total of 1500 calories. We fortify the Pediasure with Duocal and Enfamil toddler drink mix. She still doesn't eat a lot of solids, but the Pediasure and Zenpep have definitely made the most difference.
