Yep, ole' Fred offered his wisdom on the post about SD. He's back! Maybe now that the forum is kinder and gentler, he'll soon be dropping his pearls of wisdom our way again. Are you still clean-shaven Fred? (He once gave us a pictoral saga of the disapearing beard.)

Thanks for starting the post, Risa! I'd like to think that even at my age, I can still "rock everyone's world" sometimes!
Speaking of "Rock", I had to laugh when I heard from my mom that she got the latest Bon Jovi album and has been playing it almost every morning when she gets up for work...it was driving my dad crazy, esp. with the song "Have a Nice Day"!
We must be on the same wavelength, Lynda! I was thinking the same thing, and even thought I heard the theme song!
Trivia Question: Did everyone know that Gabe Kaplan used to be a spokesman for CF? Question is, did he volunteer because he was popular then, or because he had known someone with CF, or just wanted to do something for some people.
More Trivia: That was John Travolta's debut show!
I did pop my head in earlier, so to say, and decided to slowly come back around.
The beard's off...it's the second time, actually! Mostly because I didn't like the beard to get too long; it actually feels uncomfortable after a while. Unfortunately, I did not shave it because of any job interviews, that is still something unchanged.
Next week, I might be going with the wife to the southern part of Japan, the MIL will be gone starting this Sunday, for three weeks (YAHOOOOOOOO!!!) at Hotel California of Japan! She'll be the one everyone will try to stab with their steely knives!
Well, other than the wife wanting me to go see the doctor tomorrow to check up on my liver function and other things, not much else is going on now. Unfortunately, I cannot take in too much beer and alcohol, no matter how much the MIL drives me to drink! I was hoping the can of beer the other night would help me sleep better, but instead, I felt hung over or something from one small can!
