Were HOME!!!!

Well we got sent home today about 4:00pm.. ashton is doing better but not great.. but i think that they wanted us to be home for the holidays... hes started coughing more today since they did his PFT's which showed some mild obstruction still so they sent him home on steroids... also he has had diarrhea bad for the past week im hoping that it was just the antibiotic and it will clear up.... he fell asleep at like 6:30 pm so i may be in for a long night or he may sleep due to the sedative they gave him for the PFT's this am.... lets hope that he just continues to get better over the next week.... because i do not want to go back!!! talk to everyone later!!

I'm so glad you are home in time for the holidays! I hope he continues to get better and you don't have to go back. We have been given until Monday to get rid of Alyssa's cough, otherwise we'll be admitted Monday morning -- the holidays gave us a few extra days on steroids to try and kick it on the outside. Welcome home, I bet it will feel nice to be in your own bed.

Enjoy Thanksgiving. Maybe Ashton will sleep better now that he is home and you too. Being in the hospital is exhausting!

christi, we aare happy you are home with baby now.. your holidays will be better .It is hard and exhausting to be in the hospital with a sick toddler. I am glad your home...happy turkey day!!
